This Privacy Policy explains how BunnyLabs LLC ("BunnyLabs," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with BunnyScholar and related websites, applications, and services (the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect

- Account information: when you sign in (including via third-party sign-in such as Google), we receive information such as your name, email address, profile image, and a unique account identifier.
- Content you submit: the text, prompts, documents, and other materials you provide to our tools, and the results generated for you, which we process to provide and improve the Service.
- Payment information: when you purchase a plan or point pack, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive limited transaction details (such as amount, currency, status, and a customer or subscription identifier) but do not collect or store your full payment card number.
- Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, actions taken, timestamps, and similar diagnostic information.
- Cookies and similar technologies: identifiers stored on your device and device or browser characteristics (including for fingerprinting) used for authentication, security, abuse prevention, preferences, and analytics.
- Communications: information you provide when you contact us for support or other inquiries.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and deliver the Service and its features, including generating results from the content you submit;
- Improve, develop, and train the quality and safety of our features and models, including through de-identified or aggregated data;
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and prevent payment fraud;
- Authenticate users, secure the Service, enforce our Terms, and detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
- Communicate with you about your account, transactions, updates, and support requests;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and
- Analyze usage to understand and improve how the Service is used.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of data and the purpose for which it is processed. We may retain de-identified or aggregated data indefinitely.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

BunnyLabs is based in the United States, and the Service is operated from and hosted in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand and agree that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
8. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; we do not sell personal information. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and similar jurisdictions (under the GDPR and comparable laws) may have the rights described above and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services that have their own privacy practices. This Policy does not apply to those services, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means and update the "Effective" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
