Frequently asked questions
How is the cost calculated?
Each character you rewrite uses 1 Pro point, or 1.5 for Similarity + AI. In Chinese text every character counts as one; in English every three characters count as one, so a 6,000-word paper is about 12,000 characters. With “Flagged passages only” you pay only for what the report marks.
What happens if processing fails?
If a document can't be completed, the Pro points for it are returned to your balance automatically, valid for 12 months.
Which languages are supported?
English and Chinese papers. The rewrite follows the language of your text.
How long does it take?
Most papers are ready within minutes. You can leave the page; the result appears under Your documents.
How long are my files kept?
Uploaded reports and text are deleted 30 days after the task ends. Results stay available for 180 days, and you can delete a document at any time.
